Home Away From Home

This is our second year staying at this place. Is definitely a home away from home. We absolutely love the house. It’s always very clean. The location is wonderful. If I had to give a complaint it would be the last year they had the Alexa and it was easy to check in and check out with that. They also have pamphlets that told you about Tennessee and different things to do also have contact numbers to call people if there was an emergency or if you needed the trash or what days they would get picked up or if you needed the maintenance people there was none of that. I’m glad that we’ve already been there to kind of know where different things were, but that’s my only negative everybody in Tennessee is so nice and it really makes it hard to wanna pick a different place. Even a different state because we have the best time in Tennessee and at the house so thank you for the wonderful experience.

Peaceful

Well how should I start this?This family trip was amazing!It all started with Tabrina's excellent customer service!Anything that I needed she was didnt matter what time of the day.I was also lucky enough and got an early check in!Thanks Tabrina!As for the site,it was so peaceful.The pool was always available and the neighbors were so friendly.We had the opportunity to see a couple of Bears there.Steve is the big male that roams the property,but is by no means aggressive.Just a hungry daughter's did not want to leave this place.Thanks to Tabrina we were able to make last minute extension to our stay.I would definitely revist here if I am ever in the area again!High recommend!!

Been to Gatlinburg many times This house will be at the top of the list. Had everything we needed and more. Too many things to list. Absolutely great
