Heavenly Haven

We just returned home after a week-long stay, and this cabin exceeded every expectation we had.

From the moment we arrived, we felt relaxed. The cabin was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with plenty of space for our family. The mountain setting was beautiful, and the porch quickly became our favorite place to sit with coffee in the mornings and unwind in the evenings.

One of the highlights was the wildlife. We were lucky enough to see bears multiple times during our stay, including two adult black bears that walked right past the screened porch! It was an unforgettable experience and something we'll be talking about for years.

The amenities were fantastic. The hot tub was perfect after long days exploring the Smokies, and the large jacuzzi tub in the master suite was a wonderful bonus. We spent our evenings relaxing, playing pool, enjoying the fireplace, and simply soaking in the peaceful atmosphere.

The location was excellent—close enough to Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and the national park to enjoy all the attractions, but far enough away to feel like a true mountain retreat. During our stay we visited Foothills Parkway, Newfound Gap, Kuwohi, the Titanic Museum, Alcatraz East, and many other attractions, and the cabin was always the perfect place to return to at the end of the day.

Our family made memories here that will last a lifetime. This was one of our favorite vacations ever, and this cabin played a huge part in making it so special. We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful, comfortable, and memorable Smoky Mountain getaway.

Everything was perfect except the jacuzzi did not work. I’m normally not a jacuzzi person but was looking forward to having one this trip for specific reasons. The jacuzzi does kick on but barely has any pressure from the jets. This was very disappointing!! I did not report it as we were limited to a 2 day visit and did not have time to deal with it. Other than that, the home is perfect and very clean. There was no evidence of this being a pet friendly unit. Even as dog owners, we really appreciated that!!
